Dear Ones,

When you are living as a victim to the mental and emotional levels of being, you are pushed and pulled. When you live by the rules that were given to you by your parents, by your culture, you are running on “have to”, “ought to”, “should be”, “should do”, running on the bombardment of the mind by ways in which you should show up and operate in your life. This creates a running from one thing to the next – a very superficial and stressful life.

So what is your life about? What is all life about? Dear Ones, you are Creator Incarnate and you are here to enjoy all of Creation, as and through it. But when your mind and your emotions and the rules by which you live, that are not real, run your life, you cannot enjoy all of Creation because you are not even in touch with all of Creation. What you are in touch with is what you think about all of Creation, what you perceive to be true about all of Creation, not all of Creation itself. Such a superficial existence gives you a superficial reality – mundane, predictable and boring. So the ego must invent drama to entertain you. Your culture must produce drama in the form of movies and television to entertain you.

Dear Ones, All There Is is a magical, expansive unfoldment of ever-changing, constantly evolving Creation that would never leave you bored, if you only knew what you were looking at. So how do you access the Truth of All There Is? Dear Ones, your heart. Come into your heart. And we mean this literally. Bring your consciousness to your third eye, focus inward to the center of your head and then take a breath. Slow inhale. Pause. Long exhale. Then take your consciousness down to your heart. Take another breath. Long, slow, inhale. Long, slow exhale. Breathe into your heart space.

And here You are.

As you breathe into your heart space, there is no noise from the mind, there is no emotional pull, there is just You and the Universe. Can you stay here long enough to begin to see All There Is with different eyes? Look upon your pets, your children, your mother or your father from this place and you will see something different. And it’s not a seeing, it is not perceiving, it is listening.

Listen to the world instead of listening to what the mind thinks about the world.

This is where your freedom lies. This is where an unbelievable world of breathtaking magic lies. Dear Ones, as always, it is one breath away.

Simple.

Why would a benevolent Creator make it any other way?
